Due to grading papers and some r&r, I more-or-less took much of the weekend off from my usual time in the blogosphere. I notice that my inbox is filled with comments. Thank you! I'll be working my way through all the comments as my schedule allows.

I have another article to put up today (April 24), but Blogger must have some kind of glitch going on. I'll try again later. Of course, there is always the chance that the new article will magically appear later today.

uh-oh, aow - busted! i think the problem with blogger is the counter - wherever i go since last night - it will say 1 comment, when in reality there are six or seven or more. blogosphere must be extremely busy in light (or darkness) of all that is going on in the world these days. people are becoming frantic. sure glad to have low blood pressure at this point in time.

Well, I just finished grading the Ivanhoe sequels/alternate endings. Only a few more last-photo rewrites to go.
The above is not taking into account the papers I haven't yet received. The deadline on late work looms.

I see that counter problem. The problems today with Blogger are even worse than counting comments. I can't publish my new article, which was supposed to go up early this morning. Arrggghhhh!
