Dear Concerned Americans:[Posted as fulfillment of my duties as a member of America's Truth Forum Blog Corps]
For some time, America’s Truth Forum has been recognized for being on the very cutting edge of the struggle to expose Radical Islam’s menacing threat to our homeland. In keeping with expectations, we’ve encountered numerous obstacles along the way. Most challenging has been the mainstream media’s imposition of virtually impenetrable roadblocks – obstacles implemented to prevent us from reaching out to fellow citizens who share our concerns for national security and the safety of future generations. Fortunately, we’ve discovered alternative means to circumvent those barriers.
In the process, we also learned how to effectively deal with detractors and maneuver in an environment best described as “PC gone wild.”
Bar none, the greatest challenge currently facing us, and placing our nation in harm’s way, is apathy. According to Webster’s dictionary, “apathy” is best defined as a lack of concern or “indifference”.
Sustained periods of uncertainly, especially when a nation is at war, should give rise to greater concern amongst the populace. We are currently engaged in a struggle for our very existence yet, astoundingly, few seem to take note or even care. This is true in nearly every case except, of course, for our Islamist enemies who are poised to benefit from our indifference.
The struggle against Islamofascism is clearly being lost on the home front. Please consider the following:
§ There are over 1.1 billion Muslims worldwide. According to conservative estimates, at least 10% or 110 million are radicalized and prone to violence. Of equal concern, these jihadis have rallied the support of another 40% or 400 million. In summary, that’s some 500 million people who are sworn and committed to our death and destruction.
§ Islamic religious leaders granted Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda the right to kill up to 10 million Americans. Most experts agree that plans are in the works for catastrophic attacks involving weapons of mass destruction. Yet, our political correct policies prohibit racial profiling and other effective measures that must be employed by law enforcement agencies to protect the homeland.
§ Over 90% of American Mosques are Saudi funded and tainted by Wahabbi doctrine. Hate-inspired anti-American messages and literature are shared with their hungry audiences on our own soil.
§ American institutions of higher learning like Harvard, Georgetown and many others have received multi-million dollar gifts from Saudi Arabian dignitaries – funds being used to purchase influence and capture the minds of our youth.
§ On an annual basis, tens of thousands of prisoners are being converted to Islam in our penal institutions. Upon release, many of these same felons are recruited into a standing army awaiting marching orders.
§ Terrorist training facilities continue to operate freely within our borders.
§ Muslim Students Associations (MSA’s), Islamic centers and Mosques across America and Canada sponsor paintball outings and promote survival skills. Paintball, in itself, may be a harmless sport but one must consider ulterior motives since the MSA’s also benefit from Saudi funding. The National MSA’s online publication promotes firearms training with the following quote that they attribute to Mohammed, “Power is shooting, power is shooting, power is shooting”. They also recommend Muslim students that paintball as an excellent way to learn about combat. This certainly begs the question as to why college-based religious organizations would advocate sharpening combat skills.
§ Despite its dark history and terrorist ties, CAIR continues to exert tremendous influence in Washington. Their propaganda machine is supported by multi-million dollar donations from Saudi Arabia.
§ In the words of CAIR’s Chairman, Omar Ahmad, “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to be dominant. The Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth”.
§ CAIR continue to host regional conferences for thousands of Muslims nationwide. Keynote Speakers include the likes of Siraj Wahhaj. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Wahhaj is the un-indicted co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
§ Our enemies are forthright when voicing their intensions with regard to establishing a caliphate and delivering the entire world to Allah. We are the ones who refuse to accept the fact that they mean business and continue to live in a state of denial.
§ Over 6300 Muslim-inspired terrorist attacks have taken place worldwide since 9/11 – begging the question as to why our fearless leaders in Washington continue to refer to Islam as a religion of peace.
The future of America is in peril and we can’t afford to rest in the hands of a scant few who chose to stand defiantly in the face of evil.
Silent are the voices of those patriots who stand proud while paying homage to our nation’s fallen servicemen on Memorial Day.
Absent are the statesmen of a by-gone era when men served their nation with dignity and upheld their oaths to preserve the constitution.
We are currently engaged in fighting a war for our very survival against a clever, cunning and deceptive enemy – an enemy that is skilled in using the rights guaranteed by our own Constitution against us.
What future awaits upcoming generations - meaning your children? Who will be there to protect them from this evil, if we fail to confront it now in earnest? The time has come for all concerned Americans to either rise up and take a stand or acquiesce and sink further into a state of apathy. A lack of action, at this point, will only seal the fate of our heirs. We owe it to our founding fathers who did better than condemn us to making a choice between death, conversion and enslavement. The time has come for those of us who value life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to unite, in a common front, and be heard.
To quote Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch:
“In this era of violent intimidation, it is crucial for the continued life of our free society that we speak out, and do so fearlessly.”
Show your concern for the future of our great nation. Don’t abandon those who are engaged in a daily struggle, both here and abroad, to preserve the American way of life.

I see you mention America's Truth Forum. This site looks interesting.
I am preparing for the issue "Islam and Democracy", because I received an e-update from "Regime Change Iran", saying, "Iranian Ayatollah said democracy is not compatible with Islam."
On the other hand, the North Korean issue is rampant these days. I may have to change the schedule.
Things do not go as I plan. Muslims would say, "It is the will of the Allah."

I've met and talked with Jeff Epstein. He's very sharp and intense. I rather imagine that you'd like him. America's Truth Forum is a site worth reading; I also subscribe to their e-letter.

Unfortunately, North Korea is now starting to steal the headlines, and the Islamic radicals are keeping their heads down. Of course, the politicians are correspondingly silent and spineless on the issue...

This isn't quite true. The original fatwa issued by the Islamic authorities was to kill 2 million American CHILDREN. They calculated that this would involve a total kill of 4 million Americans (probably based on extrapolating Muslim demographics to the USA). But in fact, if you work it out, to reach their target of 2 million children in indiscriminate attacks, the muslims will have to kill four times as many adults in collateral damage.. That is unless they selectively go after the kids Beslan-style, but his would involve multiple simultaneous attacks on schools.

Tom: There is only slight difference between the threat posed by either North Korea, or radical Islam. BOTH are being ignored, and as the post suggests: APATHY RULES!
And how do we overcome this apathy when the media, and most of the apathetic or left wing political opportunists accuse of of either fearmongering or xenophobia?
This article presents an almost overwhelming catalog of problem areas that urgently need addressing. Yet most people would prefer not to.
This isn't a new phenonmenon. Winston Churchill was derided, berated and called "WARMONGER" for warning about the Nazis. Most people could not imagine that Germany would be able to rearm and threaten the peace so few years after their defeat in WWI.
Folks, we don't have many more years left where we can hide from the danger. I sometimes dread getting up in the morning, turning on the TV and thinking "will today be another day like September 11th?"
Each of us CAN, and MUST do at least ONE SMALL THING to ward off the danger: We can vote for candidates and a party that takes the threat and national security seriously.
That is paramount, Mike!
Unfortunately, I fear that most if not all politicians put the party ahead of America.

Plus, Americans have a notoriously short attention span. Sound bites and sight bites give the media even more power than ever, IMO.
As a non-American, but one who loves your country, four developments in America distress me. In particular, they are:
1. The growth of the power of organizations such as CAIR, and their closeness to the corridors of power there in Washington DC.
2. The growth in the number of black converts to Islam.
3. The growth in the number of Hispanics turning to Islam.
4. The unhampered financing of mosques, propagation centres, and Islamic faith schools by the Saudis.
There are many more things that make me feel uneasy, but it seems to me that if things go on as they are, then the US will become quite unrecognizable in the years ahead.
And who, pray, is "Chucklenuts"?

Denial of a problem has never solved the problem, no matter what it is. Facing and addressing a REAL problem is not fearmongering.
I'm glad you put this up. Lately, I've been feeling very discouraged with the lack of progress in this country in regards to Border security and anti-terrorism. I saw a report last night that Venezuela is training Al Qaeda operatives in Spanish and giving them documentation and helping them cross into America.
Fox News reported that approximately 6000 individuals from middle east and other Muslim countries crossed the border.
People need to wake up to the danger that the mainstream media refuses to print.
ducky...I believe even you would be able to illegally cross the border from Mexico into United States.
Do you even watch the news now that Dan Rather has been put out to pasture?

It is too well known that Freedom House played a key role to mobilize student movements for democracy in Ukraine.
Is Islam really incompatible with democracy? A careful observation does not substantiate such a viewpoint....

I just ordered Robert Spencer's new book on the old pedophile Mo...
I got my copy a few weeks ago. The book is well documented, with primary sources. Of course, Spencer has received lots of threats because of this book too. Expected, I guess. Mustn't insult MTP, ya know.
One thing that struck me as odd in the days after 9/11 was Bush saying "We will not tolerate conspiracy theories [regarding 9/11]". Sure enough there have been some wacky conspiracy theories surrounding the events of that day. The most far-fetched and patently ridiculous one that I've ever heard goes like this: Nineteen hijackers who claimed to be devout Muslims but yet were so un-Muslim as to be getting drunk all the time, doing cocaine and frequenting strip clubs decided to hijack four airliners and fly them into buildings in the northeastern U.S., the area of the country that is the most thick with fighter bases. After leaving a Koran on a barstool at a strip bar after getting shitfaced drunk on the night before, then writing a suicide note/inspirational letter that sounded like it was written by someone with next to no knowledge of Islam, they went to bed and got up the next morning hung over and carried out their devious plan. Nevermind the fact that of the four "pilots" among them there was not a one that could handle a Cessna or a Piper Cub let alone fly a jumbo jet, and the one assigned the most difficult task of all, Hani Hanjour, was so laughably incompetent that he was the worst fake "pilot" of the bunch. Nevermind the fact that they received very rudimentary flight training at Pensacola Naval Air Station, making them more likely to have been C.I.A. assets than Islamic fundamentalist terrorists. So on to the airports. These "hijackers" somehow managed to board all four airliners with their tickets, yet not even ONE got his name on any of the flight manifests. So they hijack all four airliners and at this time passengers on United 93 start making a bunch of cell phone calls from 35,000 feet in the air to tell people what was going on. Nevermind the fact that cell phones wouldn't work very well above 4,000 feet, and wouldn't work at ALL above 8,000 feet. But the conspiracy theorists won't let that fact get in the way of a good fantasy. That is one of the little things you "aren't supposed to think about". Nevermind that one of the callers called his mom and said his first and last name, more like he was reading from a list than calling his own mom. Anyway, when these airliners each deviated from their flight plan and didn't respond to ground control, NORAD would any other time have followed standard operating procedure (and did NOT have to be told by F.A.A. that there were hijackings because they were watching the same events unfold on their own radar) which means fighter jets would be scrambled from the nearest base where they were available on standby within a few minutes, just like every other time when airliners stray off course. But of course on 9/11 this didn't happen, not even close. Somehow these "hijackers" must have used magical powers to cause NORAD to stand down, as ridiculous as this sounds because total inaction from the most high-tech and professional Air Force in the world would be necessary to carry out their tasks. So on the most important day in its history the Air Force was totally worthless. Then they had to make one of the airliners look like a smaller plane, because unknown to them the Naudet brothers had a videocamera to capture the only known footage of the North Tower crash, and this footage shows something that is not at all like a jumbo jet, but didn't have to bother with the South Tower jet disguising itself because that was the one we were "supposed to see". Anyway, as for the Pentagon they had to have Hani Hanjour fly his airliner like it was a fighter plane, making a high G-force corkscrew turn that no real airliner can do, in making its descent to strike the Pentagon. But these "hijackers" wanted to make sure Rumsfeld survived so they went out of their way to hit the farthest point in the building from where Rumsfeld and the top brass are located. And this worked out rather well for the military personnel in the Pentagon, since the side that was hit was the part that was under renovation at the time with few military personnel present compared to construction workers. Still more fortuitous for the Pentagon, the side that was hit had just before 9/11 been structurally reinforced to prevent a large fire there from spreading elsewhere in the building. Awful nice of them to pick that part to hit, huh? Then the airliner vaporized itself into nothing but tiny unidentifiable pieces no bigger than a fist, unlike the crash of a real airliner when you will be able to see at least some identifiable parts, like crumpled wings, broken tail section etc. Why, Hani Hanjour the terrible pilot flew that airliner so good that even though he hit the Pentagon on the ground floor the engines didn't even drag the ground!! Imagine that!! Though the airliner vaporized itself on impact it only made a tiny 16 foot hole in the building. Amazing. Meanwhile, though the planes hitting the Twin Towers caused fires small enough for the firefighters to be heard on their radios saying "We just need 2 hoses and we can knock this fire down" attesting to the small size of it, somehow they must have used magical powers from beyond the grave to make this morph into a raging inferno capable of making the steel on all forty-seven main support columns (not to mention the over 100 smaller support columns) soften and buckle, then all fail at once. Hmmm. Then still more magic was used to make the building totally defy physics as well as common sense in having the uppermost floors pass through the remainder of the building as quickly, meaning as effortlessly, as falling through air, a feat that without magic could only be done with explosives. Then exactly 30 minutes later the North Tower collapses in precisely the same freefall physics-defying manner. Incredible. Not to mention the fact that both collapsed at a uniform rate too, not slowing down, which also defies physics because as the uppermost floors crash into and through each successive floor beneath them they would shed more and more energy each time, thus slowing itself down. Common sense tells you this is not possible without either the hijackers' magical powers or explosives. To emphasize their telekinetic prowess, later in the day they made a third building, WTC # 7, collapse also at freefall rate though no plane or any major debris hit it. Amazing guys these magical hijackers. But we know it had to be "Muslim hijackers" the conspiracy theorist will tell you because (now don't laugh) one of their passports was "found" a couple days later near Ground Zero, miraculously "surviving" the fire that we were told incinerated planes, passengers and black boxes, and also "survived" the collapse of the building it was in. When common sense tells you if that were true then they should start making buildings and airliners out of heavy paper and plastic so as to be "indestructable" like that magic passport. The hijackers even used their magical powers to bring at least seven of their number back to life, to appear at american embassies outraged at being blamed for 9/11!! BBC reported on that and it is still online. Nevertheless, they also used magical powers to make the american government look like it was covering something up in the aftermath of this, what with the hasty removal of the steel debris and having it driven to ports in trucks with GPS locators on them, to be shipped overseas to China and India to be melted down. When common sense again tells you that this is paradoxical in that if the steel was so unimportant that they didn't bother saving some for analysis but so important as to require GPS locators on the trucks with one driver losing his job because he stopped to get lunch. Hmmmm. Yes, this whole story smacks of the utmost idiocy and fantastical far-fetched lying, but it is amazingly enough what some people believe. Even now, five years later, the provably false fairy tale of the "nineteen hijackers" is heard repeated again and again, and is accepted without question by so many Americans. Which is itself a testament to the innate psychological cowardice of the American sheeple, i mean people, and their abject willingness to believe something, ANYTHING, no matter how ridiculous in order to avoid facing a scary uncomfortable truth. Time to wake up America.
The scariest part of "Enlightenment's" post? This person who should be locked away in a padded room for their own safety will likely vote in a couple weeks, helping to select the people responsible for leading this country.

I think one of the things that disturbs me the most is Mark's 4th concern.
While most adult immigrants to the U.S. retain their native countries' sensibilities and customs to a certain degree, their children grow up in our society and become thoroughly assimilated.
The Saudis, who are the ultimate in fake friends to the U.S., by financing the mosques and teaching venues they do here, are able to keep that next generation of Muslims immersed in old country values, customs and beliefs so that true assimilation rarely occurs -- the kids can grow up ala taqqiyah, simply waiting for "their time", while gaining things like security clearances and jobs in key areas of U.S. infrastructure, security/defense, etc.
Our only seriously realistic defense against an eventual Islamic revolution would be one that would be considered unacceptable to most in our society unless they were absolutely and homogeneously convinced of the extent to which we are threatened -- and that would be mass repatriation, as has been opined by some others, from eldest to youngest.
As long as it is permitted to dwell and procreate among us, Islam will remain a threat that will continue to grow, comparable, to be blatant, to a cancer.

I'm sure that you've heard about the intifada against the Paris police. I wonder how many of those policemen are now wishing for repatriation of the "youths." And who financed the building of mosques and various other Islamic centers in France?

Muslims are point-blank instructed in the Koran not to make friends with the infidels. Now, some might say, "The Amish are separate, and they're no threat." True. But Amish beliefs are not codified jihad, which the Koran and the Hadith certainly are. Some Muslims don't take that codified violence seriously; but a certain percentage obviously do. Those Saudi bucks are financing the teaching of Wahhabism and the building of such mosques all over the world.
We're kidding ourselves if we believe that Saudi is truly an ally!
I've come to consider Saudi Arabia to be little more than a terrorist factory. I mean, oil and terrorism are their two primary exports.

If I recall correctly my reaction at the time, I actually stood up and cheered. I may even have done a little dance (A more graceful one than my pirouette on the pool deck. LOL!).
That move by Giuliani gave me a lot of respect for the man. $10 million bucks tossed back into the Saudi prince's face. :)
I lived in Manhattan during a few years of the Giuliani Admin, and the man was one of my two lifetime favorite NY mayors.
He wasted no time cleaning up the mess he inherited from Dinkins and then making major improvements, cleaning up the streets, etc.
He placed politics second, New York first, and tremendously improved the quality of life there, and he wasn't afraid to speak his mind. Being a native New Yawkah, I definitely loved having a mayor like him -- in the aftermath of 9/11, he really proved himself a great leader.

I didn't know much about Giuliani until 9/11. From that time on, I've paid more attention to him.
I loved his book Leadership! Therein lies some good advice.
